POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Precision Ag Associate to aid in the day to day operation of the Bowdle Innovation Center Precision Ag Department and Innovation Center Parts Department through sales, service, installation of hardware and parts, maintaining inventory, training and assisting external as well as internal customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the sale of Precision Ag Hardware and parts.
Provide support of Precision Ag Hardware to Internal and External customers.
Assist Innovation Center Parts Department when needed.
Installation of various Precision Ag Hardware that is sold at the Innovation Center.
Maintain and assist with inventory of Innovation Center Parts Department
Assist in any customer and or employee training sessions.
Research of new product offerings and development of new solutions provided by the Innovation Center Precision Ag Team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
English Proficiency.
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator.
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
Associate’s Degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-college or technical school; or one year to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales background strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of 12 volt electrical systems.
Working knowledge of Ag Equipment Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
